Terms of Service
By installing or using the Delivery King Android app ("the App") you agree to these terms.
1. What the App does
Delivery King helps couriers organize delivery stops: you add addresses (typed or scanned from photos), the App sorts them into a suggested order, shows them on a map and opens the selected stop in a third-party navigation app such as Google Maps or Waze. The App is a route organizer, not a turn-by-turn navigation system.
2. Free to use
The App is currently provided free of charge, without usage limits. If optional paid features are introduced in the future, they will be offered through Google Play, their price and conditions will be shown before purchase, and these terms will be updated before they become available. Purchases would be handled by Google Play under its own terms and refund policies.
3. Your responsibilities
- Always follow traffic laws and road signs. Do not operate the App while driving in a way that distracts you.
- Check addresses, stop order and map positions before relying on them. Address recognition from photos and geocoding can be wrong or incomplete — especially for labels without a postal code.
- Use the App only with addresses you are allowed to process for your work.
- Do not misuse the App, attempt to disrupt it, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows.
4. Third-party services
The App relies on third-party services (Google Geocoding, Google ML Kit, OpenStreetMap map tiles, Google Maps, Waze, Google Play). Their availability, accuracy and terms are outside our control.
5. No warranty
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". Suggested routes are not guaranteed to be the fastest, shortest or legally drivable, and we do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, missed or late deliveries, fines, or damages resulting from the use of the App or of third-party navigation apps. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection rules.
7. Changes and termination
We may update the App or these terms. Changes are posted on this page with a new date. You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where the App's operator is established, unless mandatory consumer protection law of your country requires otherwise.
